Asa Health Services Manager you will be responsible for overseeingthe planning implementation and management of healthcare serviceswithin an organization.
Your leadership will be vital in ensuringefficient operations highquality patient care and compliance withregulations.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Developand implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency andeffectiveness of healthcareservices.
- Managedaily operations of healthcare facilities ensuring that servicesare delivered in accordance with organizational standards andregulatoryrequirements.
- Collaboratewith healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient careand optimal servicedelivery.
- Analyzeperformance metrics and patient outcomes to identify areas forimprovement and implement necessarychanges.
- Overseebudgeting and financial management for healthcare servicesincluding monitoring expenditures and optimizing resourceallocation.
- Recruittrain and supervise staff fostering a positive work environmentthat promotes teamwork and professionaldevelopment.
- Ensurecompliance with health regulations accreditation standards and bestpractices in patientcare.
- Serveas a liaison between management healthcare providers and patientsto address concerns and enhancecommunication.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Health Administration Business Administration or arelated field; Master s degreepreferred.
- Previousexperience in healthcare management with at least three years in asupervisoryrole.
- Strongknowledge of healthcare regulations policies and bestpractices.
- Excellentleadership organizational and communicationskills.
- Abilityto analyze data and make informed decisions to improveservices.
- Proficientin healthcare management software and electronic health record(EHR)systems.
