- 37 - 48 months : 51.5 cpm
- 49 - 60 months : 0.52 cpm
- 61 - 72 months : 0.53 cpm
- 73 - 84 months : 53.5 cpm
- 85 - 96 months : 0.54 cpm
- 97 - 108 months : 54.5 cpm
- 109 - 120 months : 0.55 cpm
