Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical Unit
RN - MED / SURG
Full-Time
SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED : $30,000 - NIGHT SHIFT ONLY (2 year commitment)
Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical / Surgical Unit will have the following job responsibilities :
- You will maintain overall accountability / responsibility for assigned patients
- You will manage efficient flow of patient care including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care and comfort, and arranging for admissions, testing and discharges
- You will maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and examination results
- You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders
- You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
- You will respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed)

RN-MED / SURG
Full-Time
Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical / Surgical Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
- DOES NOT NEED TO BE RECENT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE
- Graduate from school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and / or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- BLS required upon hire.
