Responsibilities

Assessment : Must take the assessment to be considered for the position

Customer Support : Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses in a friendly and professional manner.

Connect with vendors and Farmers staff to provide needed services for our clientele.

Sales : Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products to meet their requirements.

Policy Management : Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.

Communication : Speak with our customers through your computer via softphone app.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in customer service is a must

Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Language : Must speak English and Spanish

Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and drive.

Attention to Detail : Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy management and documentation.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a remote environment and adapting to changes in technology and processes.

License : Must possess a California P&C license.
