We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate and track our ongoing product and development initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, software engineers, data scientists, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure streamlined processes and collaboration for driving our product roadmap forward and ensuring successful and on-time project delivery.

You will play an important role in scoping requirements, defining objectives, and measuring success metrics for technical projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Define technical project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, along with detailed communication documents to keep all parties informed.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Drive project success by overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Utilize project management tools to plan, schedule, and track project progress against milestones and deadlines, maintaining stringent control over project timelines.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or other relevant field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in a technical project management role.
  • Experience in a startup company is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA).
  • Proficient in modern software development lifecycle practices including product feature roadmap and prioritization processes, software engineering workflows, and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Proven track record of managing all phases of software development, from inception to deployment and support.
  • Strong technical foundation with understanding of software development processes and methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience leading and managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced and rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly, as well as, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
