Job Description : As an Insurance Receptionist, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Providing information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.
