• Job Title : RN-Case Manager

• Shift : 8 hour varied, varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. . Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required.

Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

• Required Certifications / Education : BLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
