Scrum Master -New & Existing Product / Offer Development MISSION The primary responsibility of this role is to lead squads executing Development & Launch of New or evolutions to existing Value ( product, solution, service, software) in Low Voltage & Medium Voltage switchgears switchboard panel boards domain for ensuring that the initiatives meets its goals for customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, development expenses, product costs and adherence to a validated Business case.

g., mixing Scrum & Kanban to manage maintenance & development) while providing tools and methodologies to accelerate Squad delivery JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Enable execution in alignment with the strategy and the backlog Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment Guide the Squad with respect to priorities and scope Help the squad focus on creating high value releases Assist with decision-making by facilitating feature estimation by teams Provide progress status and escalate impediments on a regular basis Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks Highlight and follow the adherence to guardrails, alerting Product Owner if needed Facilitates Daily stand up, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective Lead animation of a multidiscipline cross functional squad Design & Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing plants, Launch.

Identify and manage interdependencies Map interfaces between Squads (products, bricks, integration, sub-assy) of the same league or different leagues & propose synchronization strategy Support the squad’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other squads Foster effective working relationship between Product Owner, Agile Squads and stakeholders Ensure Squads members understand and embrace Agile values.

Ensure Product Backlog is easily accessible and understood by the Squad and other stakeholders Ensure the participation of the Product Owner and stakeholders to the events when needed Where needed, facilitate interaction between Product Owner, Squad and stakeholders to ensure all sides get an opportunity to share their concerns and motivations Ensure both Product Owner and Squad actively participate in decision making regarding commitment to scope and schedule Identify techniques for product goal definition and effective product backlog management through Program Increment (PI) planning.

Support the Squad Ensure Squad's progress / performance metrics are in place well understood Create and sustain an environment of trust and openness Ensure Squad focuses on excellence in product quality and customer value Ensure Squad takes kaizen events (e.

e. Scrum, Kanban), and knowledge of at Agile at Scale frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Scrum at Scale) will be a plus Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery Squads Basic financial management experience will be preferred such as budget planning, resource planning & forecast, monthly reconciliation actual vs forecast, ability to detect & escalate high financial risks as occurs Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
