This is a part-time, contract-to-with a set schedule. Apply with us to be considered.
Schedule is Monday through Wednesday 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist customers and fabricators in a timely manner to help meet their needs.
Responding to all customer inquiries via phone or email in a polite and efficient manner
Help homeowners and any other customers make selections by giving proper product information.
Create online orders using the internal system properly and efficiently.
Maintains confidentiality regarding pricing with homeowner, builder, contractor, or anyone that is not a fabricator.
Effectively label products with proper tools and correct information.
Verify all outgoing shipments be completed by uploading the invoice to the internal system and ensure all products were delivered.
Organize and maintain accurate records of invoices, customers, and fabricators.
Keep records of customer interactions if needed, process customer accounts and file documents
Qualification
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, fabricators, and other employees.
Excellent organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, multi-priority environment by prioritizing and completing a side variety of tasks throughout the day.
Ability to provide others with timely and organized information; provide clear directions, share responsibility and accountability;
includes and consults with appropriate individuals as needed.
Probe all appropriate resources for solutions; takes initiative to identify and improve systems and processes.
Strong relationship skills to work well with all types of people, attentive and active listener; patience to hear others out and build rapport with dignity and tact;
ability to effectively manage change and support and promote acceptance; encouraging, motivating, clear and effective communicator.
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
Excellent writing and record keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory.
Experience
2+ years experience in customer service.
1+ years experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
1+ years experience with natural stone slabs is ideal but not required
