We are a rapidly growing company, and we are looking to add a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to our team.
Key Responsibilities :
Branding and Identity : Develop and maintain a strong brand identity.Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
Go-To-Market and Strategic Planning : Create and implement strategies for new product launches and market expansions.Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful execution.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Social Media and Content Management : Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms.Develop engaging content and interact with our online community.
Generate and oversee the production of creative content (blogs, videos, infographics).Align content with brand and marketing goals.
Field Marketing and Events : Plan and execute trade shows, events, and promotions.Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Agency and Public Relations Management : Work with external agencies on marketing campaigns.Ensure alignment with brand objectives and manage relationships effectively.
Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand reputation.Manage media relations and press activities.
Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with business development, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management or a related role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategiesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms and content management systems.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentPassion for golf and knowledge of the golf simulator industry is a plus
