Spencer Ogden is seeking a talented and energetic Civil or Environmental Engineer Project Manager to lead water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater infrastructure projects in the San Francisco Bay Area or Greater Sacramento Area.

Key Responsibilities :
As a Civil or Environmental Engineer Project Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Managing the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
- Leading the preparation of feasibility studies, master plans, basis of design studies, and contract documents.
- Providing bid support and construction management services for water and other infrastructure projects.
- Assembling and managing multi-disciplinary project teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Preparing and reviewing project technical reports and deliverables.
- Coordinating with client representatives, regulatory stakeholders, and technical subconsultants.
- Managing construction-phase engineering support, including submittal reviews, change order requests, and dispute resolutions.
- Performing and managing design and construction field observation activities.
- Supporting the preparation of proposals and building trusted client relationships.
- Ensuring projects meet technical, quality, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience : 7-15 years of relevant experience in managing water, wastewater, recycled water, and / or stormwater infrastructure projects.
- Licensing : Professional Civil Engineer license in California.
- Skills : Proven experience in developing technical work products, strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to technical details.
- Technical Proficiency : Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary Range : $105,000 - $170,000 annually, plus bonus, depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
