Job Title : Home Health Aide (HHA)

Compensation : $18 to $32 per hour (depending on shift type)

Benefits : Flexible Schedule

Location : Twin Cities Metro Area

Schedule : Part-time and Full-time Availability

We have fantastic opportunities for home health aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other caregivers to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

• Prompt, Reliable Care : Deliver care that truly makes a difference in clients' lives.
• Personalized Service : Provide customized and human touch care that meets the unique needs of each client.
• Help Achieve Care Goals : Assist clients in maintaining independence and safety in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications :

• 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience and CNA certification.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
• U.S. Citizenship or evidence of a valid Alien Work Permit.
• Willingness to drive a radius of up to 35 miles from home.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes : We encourage applications from all Active Duty, Reservists, Guard Members, and Veterans.
