Hidden Lake Medical Office offers pharmacy, radiology and lab as well as behavioral health services. Enjoy easy access to many places in the front range with bike trails and hiking nearby.

- Pay range : minimum $294,417 and maximum $304,211. *Salary will be based on years of experience and FTE.
Employment Requirement : Colorado Permanente Medical Group, P.C. staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have established a qualified medical or religious, exemption by September 17, 2021.
