Maine Recycling is seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver with a valid Class C driver's license and clean driving record to join our team.
As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery and pick-up of recyclable aluminum cans, glass and plastic bottles within a 30-mile radius of our Lisbon Falls facility.
Responsibilities :
- Being at work on time and maintaining satisfactory attendance.
- Loading and unloading returnable bottles and cans for recycling.
- Reporting all delivery-related problems to the Driver Manager.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and safe operation of the delivery vehicle.
Position Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- The ability to read, write, and communicate information effectively.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work flexible hours.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy items, as required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Starting Pay : Negotiable depending on experience.
