Danbury Hospital is seeking Anesthesiologists to join our large and growing employed team based in suburban Fairfield County Connecticut, about 60 miles northeast of New York City.

There are call and non-call positions available as well as full-time, part-time, and per diem scheduling options. With approximately 40 physicians and 40 CRNAs, our group covers a variety of cases including spine, orthopedics, cardiac, and obstetrics.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, established and growing program that includes teaching to residents, medical students and CRNA students.

Generous sign-on bonus and relocation allowance provided.

The ideal candidate will be board certified / eligible in Anesthesia. New and recent graduates welcome to apply, including 2024 graduates.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses, and malpractice coverage.

Our highly experienced team provides 24 / 7 coverage at Danbury, Norwalk, New Milford and Sharon Hospitals. Danbury Hospital has 371 beds and is a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 70,000 ED visits per year.

Norwalk Hospital has 366 beds and is also a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 50,000 ED visits per year. New Milford Hospital is an 85-bed community hospital and Sharon Hospital is a 78-bed community hospital.

We are affiliated with the University of Vermont College of Medicine, Ross University, American University of the Caribbean, and Yale School of Medicine.

Our employed Medical Group includes 1000+ physicians and advanced practice providers, serving a geographically broad region throughout Western Connecticut and eastern New York.

Danbury, Connecticut, in Fairfield County, is located in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains and on the border of New York State, about 60 miles northeast of New York City and 60 miles west of Hartford, CT.

This beautiful suburban location has highly rated public and private schools and universities. As part of the greater NY metropolitan area, the city of Danbury enjoys proximity to New York City culture and offers many venues for 4 season outdoor and indoor recreation.

Boston, New York City, New Haven and Hartford are easily accessible via train or car.

Salary Range :

$350,000-$550,000 Annually depending on the schedule.
