ED HOLD / PCU FLOAT POSITIONRadius Rule 50 miles from perm address11 / 29 or 12 / 13 start, 13wks2 years of PCU experience required (ED experience NOT required they will NOT be floating to ED)Ratio 4-6 : 1 (Depending on patient mix) EMR : EpicBLS, ACLS, & NIHSS requiredAdult and Geriatric population.
FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well (just a few miles from one another)Traveler friendly facility, Culture is VERY important here.
Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does.(0724)
