Fabletics is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager .
This position will report to Sr. Director, Brand Marketing - Fabletics .

As the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager at Fabletics, you will drive the success of our brand campaigns by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Acquisition, CRM, Social Media, Site Merchandising, and Retail to ensure a cohesive and engaging customer journey.
With strong people management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving conversion.
Outstanding communication and collaboration are essential, as you will lead critical meetings, provide campaign insights, and stay ahead of marketing trends to keep the team informed and inspired.
What You Can Bring
- 6+ years of professional experience within direct-to-consumer brand marketing.
- Proven experience driving brand marketing campaigns with tangible results.
- Experience briefing creative teams.
- Strong people management and team leadership skills.
- Proactive and process-driven approach to work.
- Ability to manage the full scope of projects, delivering work on time and accurately.
- Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task, and switch tasks fluidly.
- Self-motivated with an innovative mindset to drive new ideas and think outside of the box.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
What You Will Do
- Develop, manage, and execute brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and business objectives.
- Strategize and execute brand campaign launches, managing all related site assets and offline collateral to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee the monthly brand calendar of site initiatives; drive communication and react in real-time to ensure marketing stories align with critical business needs.
- Brief and review brand marketing creative, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Partner closely with all Marketing functions (Acquisition, CRM, Creative, Social Media, Site Merchandising, Retail, and Global counterparts) to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Technical Product team to drive UX and site functionality enhancements regularly.
- Compile, present, and provide campaign hindsight to inform and drive future marketing strategies.
- Document processes and projects and effectively communicate them to the team.
- Lead critical cross-functional meetings, such as project kickoffs, campaign reviews, and KPI analysis.
- Stay abreast of competitive digital marketing trends and actively share new insights and strategies with the team.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $105,300-$130,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.
Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
