Project Engineer Sr Staff - Level 5 - Security Clearance Required

The Aero Operations Strategy & Pursuits team is seeking a full-time Project Engineer Senior Staff to provide Operations focused strategic guidance to ADP program standups and to support Marietta based multi-program initiatives.

Responsibilities will include :

• Focused ADP program support, providing strategic guidance for Operations standup
• Strategic coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Operations strategy support for site road mapping and investment planning

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization including senior and executive leadership
• Experience with Operations responsibilities and processes for aircraft development, production, and sustainment

Desired Skills :

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, or related fields
• Experience with strategy development, execution, and change management within Operations, Manufacturing, and / or Supply Chain
• Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced aircraft development and production environment
• Project Management experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Active Secret Security Clearance

Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
