Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with online registration process
- Follow up with customers on registration applications or issues
- Make / take calls from customers to answer questions
- Update database accordingly to reflect action taken and tasks completed
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of customer service experience required ; preference given for a call center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
This is an in office position.
