Coal Mountain Animal Hospital, located in Cumming, Georgia, is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our dedicated staff.

We are searching for experienced veterinarians only. Our doctors work 7 hour days, 4 days per week and rotate Saturdays 8am-12pm.

No after-hour emergencies.

CMAH strives to have a team that makes a positive impact on pet health care both in and outside of the clinic.

Ideal candidates must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and effective communication skills. Duties expected include diagnostics, preventative and internal medicine, dentistry, and surgery.

CMAH has reasonable office hours to allow for a healthy work and home balance. We provide complete medical, diagnostic, and surgical services.

This includes routine check-ups and vaccinations, as well as complex medical or surgical cases. Our facility is well equipped with an in-house and online pharmacy, digital radiology and dental radiology, ultrasonography, in-house diagnostic lab and outside reference lab, updated surgical suite, therapeutic laser, and easy access to emergency / specialist facilities.

Additionally we offer boarding and grooming services, and diverse retail market items to make CMAH a one stop shop for all animal needs.

• A balanced work-home life with a schedule of 4 weekdays Monday-Friday and rotating work every third Saturday.
• Competitive and commensurate salary based on experience level, in addition to a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

Required Qualifications :

• Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing to practice in the State of Georgia
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine
• Professional appearance with advanced interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
• Ability to partner with clients to ensure the best treatment plan for each patient

Additional Salary Information :

• $12,000 Signing bonus -Base Salary Plus Monthly Production Bonus
