Join Our Team as a Business Analyst 1!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst 1 to support our business activities through thorough analysis and data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will manage meter service requests, handle reporting, and provide critical support to our teams
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Meter Service Requests (MSR), including posting and documenting inspections and customer applications
- Handle pre-set meter management and MSR exception management
- Prepare and manage meter / MSR-related reporting (SLA, Public Authority)
- Gather, document, and research data on assigned topics using databases, files, spreadsheets, and other sources
- Provide regular information and support to the District and Hub
Top Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in computer software and online applications
- Experience with office equipment and filing systems
- Ability to perform basic quantitative analysis
- Proficient in data gathering, documentation, and analysis
Experience Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in an analytical or administrative role
- Experience in customer service
Education Requirements :
- Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience
