LEAD CLEANER

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Lead Cleaner.

The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation and guidance to a team of cleaners. Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility and ensures quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and / or exceeding expectations.

Assists with the training of housekeeping staff and schedules work assignments, and assists with making daily and weekly work schedules.

The Company may require that the successful candidate hired for this position be fully-vaccinated for COVID-19, if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Pay : $17.30 Hourly Rate

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift Monday - Friday 6 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM

This position is responsible for :

• Cleaning assigned area
• Giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners; and filling out check and verification lists
• Be in contact to superiors (supervisor and manager) to provide specific reports of the building cleaning tasks

Essential Functions

• Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility
• Ensures quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and / or exceeding expectations
• Assures the highest quality of customer satisfaction
• Assists with Training and Development
• Leads and participates in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to team members
• Assists with making daily and weekly work schedules
• Uses company provided cellphone to get in touch with superiors and sending reports, during the night shift.
• Reports damaged, broken and out of work features / items
• Fills out check and verification list of the property
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
• Provides training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Attends and participates in all meeting and training sessions involving assigned property and crew.
• Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Completes order forms completely and accurately.
• Coordinates equipment usage and inventories.

Performs all tasks and duties required of your team

Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have 6 months similar experience

Preferred Qualifications :

• Customer Service Experience
• 1 yr of similar work experience
