Position Summary :

  • The Inventory Control Specialist will deal with every aspect of inventory control.
  • They will keep detailed records of any changes in inventory or production and report these changes to the proper department.
  • They may do this on a regular or periodic basis.
  • The Inventory Control Specialist may also record information about each individual item for future reference.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Record and track inventory changes Follow Satellite’s cycle counting procedures (A,B,C System) Overseeing all inventory actives, including semi & annual inventories and other activities Work with VMI vendors to manage inventory Help with additional cost saving projects ​​​​​​​ Required Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft office proficiency, particularly word and excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong research and investigative skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attendance record Positive attitude.
