Job Title : IT Project Manager
Location : Tampa, FL (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days a week)
Pay : $60-65 / hr W2 Only
Contract Length : 24+ Months
Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodology to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, along with a professional attitude and solid project tenure.
This role requires adherence to industry standards and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage 3-5 active projects simultaneously, varying in size and complexity.
- Lead project teams to define scope, create cost estimates, develop schedules, and assign resources to tasks.
- Apply exceptional project management skills, leveraging industry standards and best practices.
- Adhere to the principles of the Project Management Playbook and effectively utilize the SDLC methodology.
- Develop and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication of project goals and progress.
- Provide detailed estimates for schedules, budgets, and project performance.
- Simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and entry of information into the Project Repository.
- Identify potential risks and issues, working with team members to mitigate and communicate them to stakeholders promptly.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required (must be verifiable).
- PMP Certification
- Bachelors Degree strongly desired.
- Strong experience in Agile methodology
- Proven leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and solid project tenure in previous roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience with SDLC methodology and the ability to guide teams in its application.
Work Environment :
Hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite in Tampa and the remainder remote.
