The Impact you will have in this role :

The Mergers, Acquisitions, and Organization Changes (MAOC) Integration Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting with the program management of DTCC client account changes, such as consolidating Legal Entities, assumption of accounts and books of business, migrating certain businesses to a new service bureau, etc.

as well as other types of organizational / operational changes, with a focus on providing an excellent Client Experience.

This role requires strong project management and collaboration skills to shepherd a project to completion.

Your Primary Responsibilities :

  • Support all aspects of the MAOC project from initial client due diligence to understanding future state requirements
  • Assist with the preparation for and lead project kickoff and status meetings to align on expectations, timelines, responsibilities, and be responsible for management of overall results with both internal and external parties
  • Coordinate with key partner groups to facilitate client conversations as needed (ex. Legal, Product, Tax)
  • Manage and lead retirement projects from initiation to full account closure, liaising with internal stakeholders on retirement instructions
  • Review all required client documentation aligned with MAOC projects and ensure in good standing
  • Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all groups involved with the MAOC process across DTCC
  • Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies by working across the different Client Services teams and overall DTCC Organization
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure client-facing environment
  • Pay close attention to detail with a knack for identifying process and operational risks
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to get things done, building, and nurturing strong relationships both with internal partners and clients
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success :

  • Must have client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns
  • Strong Program Management and Leadership Skills
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology an advantage
  • Working knowledge of DTCC and the SIFMU business lines

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.

About the Team

The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success.

The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Integration Management team are responsible for managing the safe delivery / implementation of financial product solutions sold, including leading development of customer installation and / or system integration plans whilst maintaining adequate records and systems and mitigating risk.
