SecTek, Inc.is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a fast-paced Department. This person will perform a wide range duties, supporting the Department and employees.
This is an onsite full-time position in Washington, DC.
Position Requirements
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Department.
- Maintain personnel files and documents.
- Answering phones and emails daily.
- Ensure that all new hires information is accurate.
- Input and update data into the system.
- Run reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve when faced with new questions or initiatives.
- Must act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality with all levels of employees.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience in identifying, organizing, and filing records.
- Ability to lift and carry 15 25 pounds as needed.
Job Type : Full-Time
Workdays : Monday-Friday - 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
