Registered Nurse (RN) Family Medicine - Community Clinic

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Family Medicine- at our Vista's brand new location!!!

Location : Vista , California.

Full Time : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center- we have been serving the underserved populations of North County and Riverside for over 50 years!!

The RN is responsible for delivering patient-centered services in accordance with the TrueCare policies, procedures and standards.

This includes providing nurse triage

and health advice, performing routine office procedures, testing and participating in patient education.

Qualifications Required :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• Current California State Board RN license
• Availability to work a variable schedule, extended hours and / or Saturday shifts
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health / Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Posses the ability to work independently and as a team member.

Qualifications Desired :

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Nursing experience in an ambulatory clinic and / or community health care setting.
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, legal and technical aspects of a medical records system and ICD 10 and CPT codes.

Licenses : Current California State Board RN License and California Driver's License, proof of automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
