MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and its local client, are NOW HIRING a 2nd shift Warehouse Clerk / Forklift Driver in the Hebron, Kentucky, area!
Pay : $19.89 / hour
Shift : 2nd, 12PM 10 : 30PM, Monday to Friday
Must have availability to work overtime when needed)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both forklift operation and clerical tasks.
This role involves handling and moving products throughout the facility, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of materials, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities :
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse. Up stock and stock down materials as needed.
- Perform clerical tasks as required, including scanning packages with RF scanners.
- Pack and unpack products or materials, shrink wrap and / or band products on pallets.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow safety protocols, and assist with other duties as needed.
Job Requirements & Experience :
- Proven experience operating forklifts is REQUIRED.
- Previous clerical experience is REQUIRED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Ability to handle physical workload and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to reach up to 75 inches high.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis, and perform tasks involving lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching, pushing, and pulling during shifts of 8 to 10 hours.
- Able to stand, twist, turn, bend, and walk during extended shifts.
