Responsibilities :
- Maintain stability and quality of heat treatment process of HUB bearing components.
- Develop and maintain heat treat programs / recipes.
- Strong focus working with production department to identify process waste and increase productivity.
- New product development and launch (PPAP / APQP).
- Design and modification of tooling and fixturing.
- Maintain and control inventory for heat treat coil / jigs / fixtures / etc.
- Induction heat treatment coil repair.
Requirements :
- Induction heat treat experience
- Familiarity with CQI-9 requirement is a plus
- PFMEA
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing or machining environments preferred
- Team interaction skills must be capable of success in a team oriented environment
- Demonstrate strong tendency for continuous process improvement
