Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our expanding Finance team! The Finance team is responsible for ensuring we are compliant with all business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to support the company’s growth.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be focused on FP&A by providing analysis of financial results, budgeting / forecasting as well as short and long-term planning and financial modeling.

This individual will utilize their strong business acumen and dynamic personality to interact with management and business teams on multiple projects to drive performance and support company initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis projects.
  • Financial budgeting and on-going forecasting, while engaging the Partners and other stakeholders
  • Identify, define, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Oversee the monthly and quarterly closing process (provisions, analysis, monthly reports, and presentations)
  • Manage treasury duties and creditor and investor reporting.
  • Prepare business cases to support new investments and other business decisions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of finance experience with progressive growth, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • BA / BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis at high-growth companies.
  • Experience in financial analysis and business modeling.
  • Strong data analytic skills, high attention to details, with a focus on accuracy
  • Grounded, problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving these to a successful conclusion.
