Position Overview

The Senior Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for devising and implementing a multi-channel digital strategy to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

This role includes analyzing customer needs, developing compelling campaigns, enhancing the Martech stack, and introducing new tools and processes.

Data-driven decision-making and continuous evaluation of digital efforts are key to maximizing impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Strategic Marketing - 75%

• Own and manage digital marketing strategy and roadmap, driving all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.
• Develop both the short- and long-term digital strategy and roadmap for the company, highlighting how we can transform both our digital marketing and conversion capabilities from the top to the bottom of the funnel.
• Stay abreast of industry news and events, industry analyst reports, and social activity to deliver provocative solution marketing campaigns.
• Provide strategic oversight and direction to marketing for digital campaign approach and development to ensure campaigns are executed to maximum potential to improve sales and lead generation.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices in digital marketing.
• Define and measure digital marketing KPIs to measure performance across digital channels relative to our competitors.
• Lead and scale multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Own and manage SMS strategy; oversee social media and SEO strategy.
• Work closely with different teams, including content marketing, field marketing, CX, UI, and SEO to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.
• Provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.

Team Management - 25%

• Directs the work of the digital marketing team; coaches and develops associates to achieve maximum performance.
• Identifies talent needed and builds out a high performing team; interviews and selects candidates for hire; implements associate engagement strategies.
• Maintains the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
• Conducts annual performance evaluations; coaches associates to maximum performance; participates in annual Succession Planning and Talent Review pre-planning.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

May work on special projects or other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY / BUDGETARY / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

May communicate with external clients, clinicians, vendors, and service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in a senior marketing role developing long-term digital marketing strategies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
