This role will involve providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and driving sales of our electronic devices.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide clear and concise explanations of product features, benefits, and troubleshooting steps.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Manage customer accounts and orders.
Sales :
Actively promote and sell electronic devices and accessories to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Technical Knowledge :
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product offerings.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of electronic devices and their features.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of electronic devices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
