Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room for a travel nursing job in San Diego, California.

DON’T SUBMIT IF TRAVELER DOES NOT HAVE 2 YEARS PEDIATRIC ED EXPERIENCE

RN MUST HAVE CA LICENSE IN HAND OR PENDING WITH ETAs of when it will post

Requirements :

• Current CA RN license
• PALS
• 2 years recent experience in a segmented / separate pediatric ED or Children's hospital.
• Experience with computerized charting
• Triage experience, IV Start, Tele, Conscious Sedation

Traveler must be willing to get flu shot when requested

Shift :

• 3x12s variable or straight nights
• Can request blocked scheduling
• No more than 6 days RTO.
• No Christmas RTO allowed, they are maxed out on requests - Must work 2 out of 3 holidays
• 13 or 26 week contracts
• Variable Shift explanation : Travelers will not be scheduled a day shift then a night shift. Variable means they can be scheduled any of our 7 different shifts depending on needs at that time.

Generally, they may be scheduled 2 different shifts in a month however, they are similar shifts (i.e. 12 / 14, 7 / 9, 14 / 16, 16 / 19)
