About the team + role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Vendor Trainer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in developing and delivering high-quality training programs to international audiences, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our vendor site training teams through effective Train the Trainer workshops, and ensuring the highest standards of training delivery through ongoing classroom and trainer observation and feedback sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for instructing, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural and learning styles.

What you'll do

International Training Delivery

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions to international audiences, ensuring content is relevant, culturally critical, and accessible to learners from a diverse set of backgrounds.
  • Apply a variety of training methodologies and tools to accommodate different learning styles and enhance learner engagement and retention

Conduct Train the Trainer Workshops

  • Organize and lead Train the Trainer workshops for vendor site training teams, equipping them with the vital skills and knowledge to effectively deliver training sessions.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and resources to support trainer development and ensure consistency in training delivery across all locations.

Ongoing Classroom and Trainer Observation and Feedback

  • Regularly observe classroom training sessions and provide constructive feedback to trainers, focusing on areas for improvement and sharing standard methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Implement a structured feedback mechanism to supervise trainer performance and find opportunities for continuous learning and development.

Curriculum Development and Adaptation

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the learning and development team to develop and continuously update training curricula, ensuring they meet the learning objectives and are aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Adapt training materials as needed to meet the specific needs of different audiences, including localizing content for international learners.

Training Evaluation and Impact Assessment

  • Develop and implement effective evaluation strategies to assess the impact of training programs, including learner satisfaction, knowledge retention, and application of skills in the workplace.
  • Use feedback and assessment results to make informed decisions about future training strategies and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in training quality and effectiveness.

What you bring

  • 5+ years proven experience as a Vendor Trainer, with a consistent track record of delivering successful training programs to international audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and empower learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Ability to travel internationally to deliver training and conduct workshops as needed.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Bi or multilingual preferred but not required.

This role will be training security industry knowledge to customer service agents, and as such, requires industry knowledge and experience.

International Travel Required : Expectation of minimum 30%

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.

This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$115,000-$135,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$101,000-$119,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$89,000-$105,000 USD
