This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for an Architectural Designer.
What it takes to qualify :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
- 3-5 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
- Architectural license not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
- Experience in Education K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Religious preferred
- Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation
- Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills
What you can expect in your role as an Architectural Designer :
- Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
- Review design documents and construction estimates
- Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
- Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
