Dove Healthcare - Regional Vent Center | 2815 County Hwy I Chippewa Falls, WI 54729

If you have previous administrative experience in healthcare, thrive on being detailed and organized, and like to stay busy in a fast-paced environment, the health unit coordinator may be the perfect fit for you.

You will support our nursing department with a variety of tasks, including :

  • coordinating MD appointments and MD rounds.
  • setting up paperwork for new admissions
  • assisting with transporting residents to and from appointments
  • setting up paperwork for daily labs.
  • scheduling appointments for x-rays, diagnostics, etc..

Required Skills :

  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment while remaining task oriented
  • attention to accuracy and detail
  • certified nursing assistant certification required
