As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to provide essential speech and language therapy services, positively impacting the lives of individuals in our community.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication and swallowing needs.
- Provide therapy services to clients in a school setting.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and educators to optimize client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- IEP experience preferred.
- AAC devices experience.
