Role Description
This is a full-time, part-time or per diem opportunity on-site for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care, creating treatment plans, and performing assessments and evaluations.
The Physical Therapist will also be responsible for providing home care recommendations and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation
- Strong patient care skills
- Experience in creating treatment plans and performing assessments and evaluations
- Ability to provide home care recommendations to patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from an accredited institution
- State licensure in Physical Therapy
- Certification in specialty areas such as Orthopedics and Sports is a plus.
