As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the successful completion of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Position : Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities :

Project Management : Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Interaction : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction.

Budget and Cost Control : Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possible.

Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and ensuring timely completion of all milestones.

Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the construction process.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and budget.

Team Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.

Safety Compliance : Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of proven experience in commercial construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
