Job Description : Participate effectively in surgical procedures across various specialties, including orthopedic, general, gynecological, urological, and spine.
- Ensure the sterile field is maintained during surgical procedures.- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care.
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies in the operating room.- Adhere to established protocols and safety standards.
- Complete a call requirement of one weeknight per week and three weekend nights per month.- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
