We’re looking for a Leasing Consultant in Location to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in assigned communities.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy in our communities, from generating leads to securing lease renewals.

Hourly rate : $20.00 / hour

As a Leasing Consultant you will :

Generate new leases and secure renewals, close sales with technical selling skills, manage lease paperwork, develop and maintain a lead database, respond to internet leads, and generate traffic through various marketing channels.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lease term, maintain strong relationships with residents, and address inquiries or issues promptly to ensure maximum lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate sales records, conduct market analyses, track economic trends, and handle other administrative duties as needed to support leasing activities.

Experience Required for Your Success

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 2 years experience in sales environment preferred
• Customer relationship development experience a plus

Knowledge of One-Site Property Management software a plus, but not required
