PIRTEK Rowlett is hiring an Operations Manager.
Job Description :
Lead a team of Mobile Sales & Service Technicians
Ensure that PIRTEK Rowlett consistently delivers the highest levels of service
Operate the PIRTEK Rowlett storefront and counter service
Inventory management
Create and deliver safety and training briefings
Manage vehicle maintenance
This is a brand-new service center. You will use your expertise to support service technicians on the job, create relationships with new customers, and build a new business.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment. You need to be able to think on your feet to coordinate between PIRTEK team members, the owner, and the customers.
We take pride in ensuring customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment pack up and running.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years experience in supervisory roles
- Experience in hydraulics, industrial hose, automotive / diesel mechanics, heavy machinery maintenance REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED
- Good computer skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Welding experience PREFERRED
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) PREFERRED
