We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape management and a strong understanding of pest control and lawn care practices. This role involves applying various treatments to enhance the health and appearance of landscapes, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Duties

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to lawns and landscapes according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain machinery, hand tools, and power tools necessary for application tasks.
• Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient service delivery.
• Assess the condition of lawns and landscapes to determine appropriate treatments based on customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on lawn care and pest control.
• Maintain accurate records of applications performed, including types of products used and areas treated.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in landscape management, lawn care, or pest control is highly desirable.

Familiarity with farm machinery operation is a plus.

Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in landscaping applications.

Sales experience is beneficial for effectively communicating with customers about services offered.

A valid driver's license is required for driving to job sites.

Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : 15 – 50 per week
