The ATM Operations Specialist role is responsible for supporting the ATM fleet in the following capacities : Balancing Branch Serviced ATMs, ATM monitoring, support for banking centers and ATM related vendors, including phone support and assistance with ATM training, as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined individual who excels in a team environment, who takes ownership and who is enthusiastic about a job well done.

• ATM Status Monitoring
• First Ops ATM Oversight
• Customer Solutions EB Responses to Complaints
• Visa Debit ATM Expedited Processing
• Identity Theft Program Fact Act Reporting
• Returned Cards and Pin Mailers Processing
• Card Maintenance Support
• Visa Debit FedEx Process Billing
• Visa Debit Maintenance Rejects
• Visa Debit Pin Postage Report
• Suspicious Transaction Reviews
• ATM and Debit Card Operations Mailboxes
• Debit Card Limits
• Star Administration
• Phone Support for Banking Centers and Vendors Diebold, Loomis, and Debit Card Issues
• Cardpro Administration
• Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
