About The Position

Job Title : CT TechJob Specialty : RadiologyJob Duration : Full-Time or Part-TimeShift : 8 Hour Days, 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours, negotiableExperience : PreferredLicense : KS-LRTCertifications : ARRT, BLSMust-Have : - General computer skills- Proficiency in CT- IV placement skills (certification not required)Job Description : - Join our radiology unit and provide exceptional imaging services.- Work shifts that include a weekend rotation of 1-2 weekends per month, on-call only.- Participate in a holiday rotation with other techs, on-call only.- Meet on-call / callback requirements, which include weeknight on-call from Monday to Thursday and weekend on-call from Friday evening to Monday morning, being onsite within 30 minutes of being called in.- Our facility includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, offering services for outpatient, ER, acute, and swing bed patients.- Current staffing includes one full-time tech and two PRN techs, who only take call on weeknights and weekends.- Wear any color professional scrubs per hospital guidelines.- Enjoy benefits like student loan reimbursement, retirement plans, health and dental insurance, and more.- Handle a patient load of approximately 60-90 x-rays per month and 30-40 CTs per month.- Take advantage of a sign-on bonus offered for this position. This position requires an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, with a Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Imaging preferred. Proficiency with the Cerner EMR system is necessary.
