Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City who is seeking to add an Accountant to their team. This role is paying $55,000-65,000 DOE.
Skills you need / What you'll do :
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting; Bachelor's in Accounting preferred, or relevant experience can be used to substitute BA experience
- Prepares and initiates bank deposits.
- Investigates and resolves accounts payable discrepancies.
- Assists in preparing audit documentation.
- Reviews, codes, and processes vendor invoices and check requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborates on the development and implementation of new processes to improve workflow and meet department objectives.
- Maintains monthly schedules and reconciliations.
- Reviews invoices for accuracy and assigns general ledger codes.
- Experience with Excel including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and more
