Responsibilities :
Customer Service Excellence : Oversee and support the customer service team in delivering an outstanding experience to all customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
Service Center Operations : Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including scheduling, service workflows, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Team Leadership : Provide guidance, training, and coaching to service center staff, encouraging their growth and development while fostering a cohesive and productive team dynamic.
Sales and Revenue Growth : Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve performance targets, both for services and retail products.
Quality Assurance : Maintain high-quality service standards by implementing and monitoring quality control measures, conducting regular inspections, and adhering to industry best practices.
Technical Expertise : Demonstrate automotive knowledge to assist in diagnosing and resolving complex service issues, working alongside technicians as needed.
Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment for both staff and customers.
Inventory Management : Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment.
Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant data, providing regular reports to the Service Center Manager.

Requirements :
- Previous experience in the automotive service industry or retail management role.
