We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities by performing both routine and complex maintenance tasks.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities :

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including :

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with programmable logic controls (PLC) and variable frequency drives (VFD).
• Handling electrical troubleshooting tasks, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintaining maintenance logs and records, ensuring all work is documented and tracked.
• Collaborating with the manufacturing team to understand equipment needs and identify potential problems before they occur.
• Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Continually updating knowledge and skills to keep up with rapid advancements in manufacturing technology.
• Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to further technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Technician position will have the following qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in PLC troubleshooting and working with variable frequency drives (VFD).
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
