We are actively seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Warehouse Forklift Operator, youll make an impact by :

• Load trucks according to shipping orders.
• Unload trucks and verify items with manifest.
• Notify supervisor of any shortages on shipping orders.
• Rotate warehouse stock to FIFO (first in first out).
• Supply production with pallets, bags, and pallet sheets as needed.
• Verify date code and product description prior to loading.
• Keep accurate shipping records.
• Maintain empty pallet, stretch film, and netting inventory.

What you need to succeed :

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Ability to work at a continuous fast pace and stand for long durations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards
• Capability to lift and / or move objects up to 50lbs
• Must be forklift certified
• Adaptability; ability to navigate volume, staffing, and economy changes
• Collaboration; working successfully with different departments
• Critical thinking; observing and predicting roadblocks before they happen
• Organizational skills; being efficient and effective to positively impact production
• Strong communicator; ensuring everyone is on the same page

Pay Range : In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, the starting hourly range is $19.53. Manna Pro takes into consideration a candidates education, training, and experience, as well as the positions work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.

Hiring & Retention Bonus : $500 paid after 30 days of employment, $500 paid after 120 days of employment.
