Responsibilities of HR Assistant :
- Organize and facilitate new hire orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company
- Assist with performance management processes
- Help with the benefit administration
- Plan and execute the employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bilingual is a plus
- Previous HR experience is a plus
